Si no cumplió tus expectativas o no es la talla correcta tienes 10 días hábiles desde que recibiste el producto para realizar el cambio. Éste debe estar sin uso, con empaque y en perfectas condiciones. Además te solicitaremos la boleta de compra.
Los cambios solo se autorizarán una vez que se confirme el buen estado del producto a devolver. Caso contrario, no se procesará el cambio y el cliente deberá recibir de vuelta la prenda en cuestión. Si quieres realizar un cambio por otro producto éste debe tener un valor igual al pagado originalmente, en caso de haber un costo superior se abona la diferencia.
Nuestras prendas son producidas a baja escala y de manera exclusiva. Si hay algún producto agotado o con quiebre de stock debes elegir otro diseño.
Tienes que tener en consideración que Pelff NO cubre los gastos de envío por cambios o devoluciones, exceptuando algún defecto de la prenda. Para realizar un cambio escríbenos a hola@pelff.com indicando tu número de pedido.
If the product did not fulfill your expectations or it is not the correct size, you have 10 working days from the moment you received the product to complete the exchange. The product that you are going to return must be without use, with its packaging and in perfect conditions. The invoice will also be required.
Exchanges are only authorized once we have confirmed that the product is in good conditions. Otherwise, the exchange will not proceed and it will be delivered back to the client with no money refund. If you want to make an exchange for another product, it must have a value equal or higher than the amount paid originally, if higher you will need to pay for the difference.
Our clothing is produced on a small scale and exclusively. If there is any out-of-stock product or stock shortage, then you will need to select a different product.
